Anil Mathews
CEO & President of Netkode, Anil Mathews co-founded the company in November 1999 along with two other industry professionals. He pioneered a technology innovation centre recently in Bangalore, where innovative concepts are researched, designed and developed, with the aim of shaping the future of Information Technology.

He has more than 12 years of industry experience and started his career innovating Internet Technologies at Micro Advance India. He was a member of the Round Table on Knowledge Based Industries (1999) for crystallizing this industry’s FICCI recommendations to the Prime Minister’s Office.

He also acts as an advisor at Greater Pacific Capital (GPC), a private equity firm, where he is primarily responsible for assessing technological capabilities of investment targets and managing origination and processes involved in investments. Anil holds an electrical engineering degree from Bangalore University.
 

Chidambaran Subramanian
CTO of Netkode, Chiddu joined the company in 2007 and comes with diverse technology management capabilities. At Netkode he drives the company’s efforts to establish a common process, platform, tools and components.

In his 14 years of experience, he has successfully served as the CTO of Insynchro Malaysia. He was also the principal architect of Atesto technologies, a company that pioneered web based monitoring and testing, which was later acquired by a leading company in the infrastructure and application monitoring space.

Chiddu has extensive experience in architecting and managing diverse applications at leading IT services organizations including Infosys Technologies. His expertise lies in among others, enterprise applications and large scale internet applications. He holds a Bachelor in Technology Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.
 

Ajay Koomar
COO of Netkode, Ajay joined the company in 2007 and comes with vast industry experience in operations management. He actively participates in the management of Netkode’s transition into a global organization.

He has 16 years of experience in the Information Technology industry and prior to Netkode he was Head - India Operation of a NASDAQ listed software product company, Interwoven Inc. (IWOV) in Bangalore. In his earlier assignments he has also worked with start-ups and has helped them build Center Of Excellence (COE) - Operation.

Along with a number of VP level engagements across the functional spectrum of Operation, Finance and HR with various Japanese, Singaporean and American MNC’s, he has also served as VP -Operation of a Toshiba associate company listed with Singapore stock exchange (SESDAQ-TREK). He was a key member of the Top management team during its (pre-post) IPO in Singapore (1997 - 2001). Ajay holds an MBA from University of Manitoba, Canada.
 

C N Shashikiran
VP - Finance & Accounts of Netkode, Shashikiran has been with the company since 2005 and comes with vast industry experience in finance management. His primary responsibility is to accelerate the company's growth through capital raising and creation of strategic alliances.

He was formerly CEO of Maestros, a Microsoft channel partner providing Microsoft products training and IT services. At Maestros, he was responsible for the overall functioning, operating, and managing of the organization.

He is also serving as Joint Secretary of East West Group of Institutions (EWGI) since the year 2000. He has been actively involved in the administration and management of EWGI which is a thirty five year old organization involved in providing a wide range of educational services, with more than 5000 students and above 1000 faculty members. Shashikiran holds a degree in science from Bangalore University.
