Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager:
About 10+ years of experience in the IT industry. At least 6 + years of experience in managing & monitoring projects and teams. Should have managed large project teams of over 20-30 people. Should have direct hands on implementation experience on any object oriented programming / OOPS languages for at least 5+ years. Preferably PMP Certified. Should have strong people management skills with excellent communication skills and presentation skills. Familiarity with standard PM practices and tools.

About 2-4 years of technical experience in the IT industry in developing software solutions. Experienced in Microsoft Technologies like ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET. Knowledge and experience in SQL Server, COM, DCOM, COM+ and XML. Exposure in Rational Rose and good written and oral communication skills.
