If our client requires onsite presence during the
requirements elicitation, analysis stage, implementation stage, or user
training stage then we will send the required team.

According to the T & M model, the customer pays for the
project in terms of resources used in the project over a period, as deemed fit
by the customer. This entails the customer paying for the human resources based
on the complexity and nature of work.
